Instrument Rental Return Policy

Rental instruments may be returned at any time during normal operating hours to Atlanta Violins at our Roswell, GA location.

If you are unable to return to our retail store, contact us for alternate return options. DO NOT LEAVE THE INSTRUMENT AT SCHOOL. Music teachers/School Officials and third parties are not responsible for the return of your instrument. Lessee is responsible for the instrument until it is returned to us.

There is no penalty to cancel your Rental Contract.

Rental payments are not prorated and will not be refunded upon return.

Students who will CONTINUE with music should keep the instrument over the summer. All Rental Contracts are equity building. The “rental fee” portion of each payment is accrued as rental credit toward owning a full-size string instrument outfit meeting the terms of the rental contract. If you cancel your contract by returning the instrument for any reason, all equity is lost if not used within 30 days.
